We're now seeking an experienced Contract Documentation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of efficient processes and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
As a Contract Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that require strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation of processes for efficient fleet segmentation/sub-fleeting for on-wing engines
- Providing data validation for database updates to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Developing methods and digital tools with visualization to support the Fleet segmentation/sub-fleeting process
- Creating various analyses and charts for data evaluation and internal technical reviews
- Collaborating with the global team to set requirements and develop analytic/digital products
- Attending meetings as required and providing weekly status updates on progress to GE point of contacts
- Performing contract-related tasks, including:
- Document Conversion
- Status Reports
- Contract Header Entry (Oracle)
- Contract Quality Check for all existing and modified contracts
- Contract & MOD Quality KPI workflow
- Contract Code Wizard
- Doing Business As (DBA) site maintenance
- Salesforce Clause Library Host
- Salesforce Training
- Downloading USG contracts and contract modifications from EDA
- Completing Reps and Certs for Non-USG customers
- Creating Excel files and loading clauses to Salesforce for existing contracts and approving clauses
- Entering Delivery Orders and making amendments
- Creating Modification entries (from contract or prior modification in Salesforce)
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas. The essential qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce
- Experience with contract documentation and management
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with fleet segmentation and sub-fleeting processes
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Familiarity with EDA and other contract management systems
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis
