Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support and answer client inquiries * Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits * Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits * Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage * Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met * Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics * Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
