- Identify and escalate customer trends or issues: Identify and escalate any customer trends or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience: At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
