About the Role
We are looking for driven, action-oriented candidates with a passion for customer happiness and previous experience working with luxury goods. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns.
- Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
- Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings, and experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service.
- A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of luxury goods and fashion trends.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.

- A base pay range of $31,200/year to $53,600/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
