**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our customers' financial well-being. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions to help them achieve success. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and other banking services
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and relationship management
* Experience with cash handling and banking operations
* Strong knowledge of consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and other banking services
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
