Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Customer Experience Representative - Outbound, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing service support to members and providers via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
• Conducting surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
• Accurately documenting pertinent details related to member or provider inquiries
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding in responding to customer concerns
• Meeting or exceeding individual performance goals in areas such as call quality, attendance, and adherence
• Collaborating with internal and external departments to resolve customer issues
• Supporting provider needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving member eligibility and covered benefits

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not required, the following preferred qualifications and experience will be considered an asset:

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Training or experience with systems such as Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, and Video Conferencing
• Experience with CVS Caremark and Availity (preferred)
