**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes

* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (bags may weigh up to 70 kg)
* Working loading bridges and establishing, securing, and closing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts varying from early morning to evening
* Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority
