**Job Responsibilities:**
* **Answer Incoming Phone Calls**: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure quality service.
* **Cross-Sell Credit Union Products and Services**: Promote our credit union services to enhance member relationships and drive business growth.
* **Assist and Train Members**: Help members navigate our automated services, providing support and training to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.
* **Comply with Regulations and Complete Account Transaction Requests**: Efficiently process account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
* **Train Other Service Center Employees**: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, helping to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
**What We're Looking For:**
* **Minimum Educational Requirement**: High School Diploma or equivalent
* **Related Experience**: One to twelve months of experience in a call center or branch environment, with a strong understanding of credit union services and policies.
* **MSR Certification**: Must be MSR Certified or complete certification within 3 months of hire.
* **Basic Computer Operating Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate patiently and courteously with members, providing exceptional customer service.
**How to Stand Out:**
* **Previous Experience with Symitar and 10-Key**: Familiarity with our systems and technology will give you a competitive edge.
* **High-Speed Typing**: Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute will help you efficiently process transactions and respond to member inquiries.
