**Job Overview**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in making our customers' lives easier by facilitating the delivery and return of their packages. You'll work in a designated retail location, where you'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise. Our associates are more than just customer service representatives; they're ambassadors of our brand, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every customer.
**Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties may include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that packages are properly stored and processed
You'll also need to be able to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
