**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression
* Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
* Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items
* Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
* Assisting with separation of food items and product placement, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking outs
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Requires willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
* Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred
* Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours, preferred
