**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email
* Preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their queries
* Working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts
* Meeting the minimum 40-hour workweek requirement, with the possibility of overtime as required
* Participating in initial four weeks of full-time training (paid) to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* The right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
