**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Own all customer interactions, striving for one call resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing stress
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, applying learnings in real-time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Experience working with diverse customer bases, including international customers
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
