As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. **Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide support to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize knowledge of Aetna's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Aetna's products and services a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Knowledge of Aetna's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
