Come and elevate both your personal and professional life, and get ready to take off! **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, providing top-notch support that exceeds their expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations • Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations • Perform traveler check-in and front seat tasks (excluding curbside), resolve oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades • Issue vouchers and coordinate with vendors for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; manage refuel and revitalize • Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/confirmation • Operate door readers/scanners and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line standards • Operate jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers • Create boarding and departure gate announcements • Convey domestic/international flight records • Perform traveler service flight close-out procedures • Accept, check, and label travelers' items at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and five-star ticket counters • Maintain the schedule of the flight loading process • Perform customer service hands-on training • Process and complete credit card transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations • Assist travelers with self-service booth registration and stand item handling at ticket counters • Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters • Clear/confirm international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations • Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations • Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and moving non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, as well as unaccompanied minors • Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements • Maintain regular and predictable attendance on-site, including fulfilling any required overtime requirements. • Answer and assist during security and emergency situations • Provide connecting traveler door information • Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with American's standards. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards. • Complete applicable training stages • Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) • Utilize various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions • Wear attire as required by company policy • All you'll need for success **Essential Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree • Bilingual language skills required in certain areas • Valid, substantial driver's license as required by local authorities • Must meet FAA background check requirements to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable • Must be able to obtain suitable airport power or potentially US Customs security identifications, if relevant • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, thorough background check, or potentially fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Training and prior professional experience • Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Systems • Past face-to-face customer service experience • Working in a high-speed environment **What You'll Get:** • Medical benefits: From day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, medical, and vision benefits to help you stay great.
