**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be the face of our company, communicating with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information. Your daily tasks will include:

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, with at least 1 year of experience
* Reliability and the ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time)
* A proper service mentality, with a desire to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and show a genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently
* Patience and self-control, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations
* The ability to learn fast and stay open-minded
