You'll work closely with internal teams, including Dispatch and Billing, to ensure seamless service delivery. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Job Type:** * Full-time * Part-time * Contract **Pay:** * $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience, education, skills, and business considerations **Schedule:** * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting all internal and external customers in a professional manner, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. * Receiving requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person) and completing necessary processes for equipment services. * Coordinating home equipment service requests with Dispatch for prompt delivery. * Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers, as needed. * Providing customers with product and service information. * Maintaining current knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment. * Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for all insurance-assigned services. * Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance. * Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service. * Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, you must be professional, proactive, and positive with internal and external customers and coworkers.
