Our commitment to excellence, integrity, teamwork, and caring deeply for those around us guides every decision, ensuring we continue to elevate healthcare and provide the highest quality care. **Position Summary** As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a bill. You'll be the primary point of contact for these individuals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a bill * Effectively listen and communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes with callers * Be familiar with and understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Other duties as assigned **Position Qualifications** * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office **Employment at arenaflex** Living Our Values Every Day At arenaflex, our values define who we are and how we serve our patients, partners, and each other.
