As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, ensuring that our clients receive a world-class experience
* Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to our insurance policies
* Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve issues and meet client needs
* Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service

* Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Designated space and internet capability to work from home
* Ability to pass a background check
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
* 2 years of customer service experience
