As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with warm leads, setting appointments, and meeting with clients over the phone. **Key Responsibilities**
* Interact with warm leads, set appointments, and meet with clients over the phone to discuss insurance needs and provide personalized solutions

* Work closely with our team of mentors and trainers to develop your skills and knowledge
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

**Essential Qualifications**
* Must reside in the USA
* Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
