Job Summary

- Enter orders generated by Account Managers, creating tickets and coordinating with scheduling as necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of orders over $5000, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Document and arrange releases from inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- File tickets for completed jobs, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of production capabilities and product knowledge, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, collaborating with Account Managers to resolve any discrepancies or questions.
- Prepare materials for return to customers, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Document Haz-Mat orders, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Order marketing materials, managing internal forms, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assume Account Manager responsibilities when necessary, including checking emails and voice mails, making relevant decisions, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the estimating department as needed, providing support and ensuring seamless communication.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Essential Qualifications

- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required, with an Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred.
