Position Overview: Customer Service Representative – Overnight Facilities Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team as a Facilities Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving facilities-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams and external partners. Your expertise in handling incoming calls, emails, and work orders will be essential in providing timely and effective solutions to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to routine inquiries via inbound phone calls, assessing the nature of the request, and determining the most appropriate party to handle the call - Process incoming facilities work order requests through telephone and email, such as office moves, plumbing problems, and light bulb changes - Ask probing questions to understand and troubleshoot the root cause of the problem or request, determining the right party to service the work order - Dispatch work orders through telephone or email to the appropriate contact, setting clear expectations for turn-around times based on priority codes - Ensure accurate and timely reporting, selecting priorities, and organizing work to meet deadlines - Proactively identify work order trends and communicate with the Team Coordinator and Program Lead to drive continuous improvement - Follow approved policies and procedures, resolving shift concerns and/or tasks with the Team Coordinator, Program Lead, and co-workers - Achieve a goal of handling 45 requests per day on average, supporting team achievement of service level goals and adhering to scheduled shifts and efficiency standards Schedule and Compensation: This is a part-time overnight position, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am ET. The compensation for this role is $17 per hour. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a high school diploma required. Call center experience, particularly in an inbound setting, is preferred. You should be comfortable with extensive computer use, including Microsoft Office products, and have experience with data input and management. Switchboard or Helpdesk experience is a plus, and excellent listening, telephone, and professional communication skills are essential.
