**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, resolve their queries, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the pet industry or a related field
* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Proficiency in using collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
**Technical Requirements**

* A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but recommended)
