Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing courteous and professional support to resolve their inquiries and concerns. - Input data accurately and consistently, using our computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting. - Assess caller needs, evaluate and prioritize their questions and concerns, and formulate plans of resolution to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. - Maintain and restore customer satisfaction, partnering with other teams as needed to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues. - Proactively educate callers on program benefits, promoting our services and alternative products to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. - Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. - Develop rapport with callers, adjusting communication styles to ensure effective engagement and build strong relationships. - Provide accurate information about arenaflex programs and services, ensuring that our members and providers have the knowledge and support they need to thrive. - Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
