**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to individuals seeking health insurance enrollment support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance as needed
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support via phone and email
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting productivity and quality standards
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure expertise in health insurance products and services
* Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
**Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
* Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
* Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
* NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
* NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
