About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and following up as needed to resolve issues. We're looking for someone who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to wow our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions and exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with pet pharmacy or veterinary services
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Certifications or training in customer service or a related field
