**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
