**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Apron Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds arenaflex standards of excellence and customer expectations
* Creating an effortless customer experience through phone interactions, email, chat, and email inquiries
* Utilizing a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers from leads obtained from various marketing sources
* Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
* Answering inbound calls from internal and external customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet lead, or other source
* Resolving customer conflicts and escalations in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide complete end-to-end issue resolution
* Adhering to arenaflex processes and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
