**Job Details:**
* **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
+ Process orders efficiently and accurately, including creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
+ Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
+ Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
+ Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field
+ Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance
+ Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
+ Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
