* Participate in comprehensive training and certification courses to develop your skills and knowledge

* Use your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service
* Commit to and follow through on working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring consistent availability and reliability

**Qualifications**

* A quiet home office with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection (with a minimum download speed of 5Mbs and upload speed of 3Mbs)
* Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
