About the Role As a valued member of the Member Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping users navigate the company's innovative tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the primary point of contact for users. Key Responsibilities - Engage with users via email, live chat, and text within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring prompt and effective support - Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail - Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and their impact on borrowers' needs, allowing you to provide personalized support and guidance - Proactively suggest innovative ideas and automations to help scale the team and enhance customer support, demonstrating your ability to think critically and creatively - Collaborate with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with arenaflex's social mission and values Recommended Experience and Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is highly preferred, as you may be required to provide written support in Spanish in addition to English.
