We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our evening shift team. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
