We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Business Risk Coordinated Control (BRIC) group, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our users, securing platform safety, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve our services and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include performing daily digital threat intelligence and business risk intelligence operations, analyzing internal log data to identify threats and attack patterns, and creating and delivering general intelligence services to internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as computer science or a related major. You should also have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of underground industry chains, threat components, and details, as well as the ability to investigate risk influence on business.
