About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Business Risk Coordinated Control (BRIC) group, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our users, securing platform safety, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve our services and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include performing daily digital threat intelligence and business risk intelligence operations, analyzing internal log data to identify threats and attack patterns, and creating and delivering general intelligence services to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily digital threat intelligence and business risk intelligence operations, including data collection, analysis, and delivery of finished products to internal stakeholders
• Analyze internal log data to better understand and identify threats and attack patterns
• Create, develop, and deliver general intelligence services, insider threat intelligence capabilities, and a global distribution service list across cyber and other common forms of intelligence contributions
• Develop threat intelligence reporting on dynamic groups, relevant developments, and government-backed threat actors, and analyze security events and incidents to inform attack vector reports
• Perform risk remediation prioritization activities to justify risk levels and combat fraudulent behaviors in real-time, based on threat intelligence data and business needs
• Curate the threat intelligence platform, mature reports, and maintain intelligence sources as necessary, and support the United Intelligence mission by producing products that help leaders target protections and countermeasures
• Identify and assess emerging risks, including analysis of deep and dark web data

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as computer science or a related major. You should also have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of underground industry chains, threat components, and details, as well as the ability to investigate risk influence on business.
