**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our remote team, processing incoming healthcare claim forms for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing and validating complex data, classifying images and documents, and pre-adjudicating documents to ensure high accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Capturing and validating more complex data, including medical claims forms and other related documents
* Classifying images and documents to ensure accurate processing
* Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required to meet high accuracy standards
* Verifying data from automated data extraction tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Completing assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
* Working within established procedures and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Working under close supervision to meet deadlines and achieve high accuracy rates
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy and possess 10-key proficiency
* Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy rates
* To pass an internet speed test, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, and ping time of 175 ms or less
* Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing is preferred
* A high-speed internet connection that meets the required speed specifications
* To be at least 18 years of age or older
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Eligibility to work in the United States
* Ability to clear necessary criminal background checks and/or drug screenings
* Residency in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

**Compensation and Benefits:**
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with the potential to earn up to $18.00 after two months.
