Job Summary
As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for processing Excel orders, both macro and non-macro, in a timely and efficient manner. You will also process incoming paper orders from our consumer and Corporate Sales Division, ensuring that all deadlines are met. Additionally, you will manage customer gift history, monitor and maintain business and product knowledge, and process fax and email orders. Your excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to meet the demands of our Corporate Sales Division and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Excel orders, both macro and non-macro, in a timely and efficient manner
- Process incoming paper orders from consumer and Corporate Sales Division, meeting demanding deadlines
- Manage customer gift history and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information, utilizing all available resources
- Process fax and email orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive information
