About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, guiding them in understanding and leveraging arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy, including recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns.
- Demonstrate the differentiation and power of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure by collaborating with customers on proof-of-concepts, feature demonstrations, model performance optimization, profiling, and benchmarking.
- Develop repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
- Influence the direction of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure products as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Travel to customer sites and events as needed to provide on-site support, training, and consultation, fostering strong relationships with our clientele.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing or support role, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions and support to customers.
- Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure architecture.
