- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and promoting our products and services
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail
- Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with relevant information and solutions
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting and exceeding performance metrics and contributing to the success of the Customer Care team
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and representing blithequark in a manner that aligns with our values and mission
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
Essential Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer issues
