We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Analytics Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our Business Data Analytics team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across business strategy, marketing, operations, product, and R&D to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
**About the Role:**
As an Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, delivering actionable insights, and monitoring key portfolio KPIs to ensure that business strategies are informed and guided by accurate, timely, and impactful data. You'll be a catalyst to help the customer servicing function across Loans and Credit Cards to operate strategically using data, drive evaluation of competing priorities, and identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance
* Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and monitor key portfolio KPIs
* Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and disposition solutions that are right-sized and scalable
* Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency using data
* Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development, and operational management through data
* Measure and evaluate Call Center and other servicing channels' performance and identify improvement levers
* Develop A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
* Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
* Liaison with Engineering and Product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business' current and future needs
* Own and manage BI reports becoming a focal point for business' data and analytics needs
**What You Bring to the Table:**
* 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant analytical experience with a master's degree in quantitative fields like Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, etc.
* 4+ years of working with and proficient in SQL and excited about acquiring new technical skills
* 4+ years working with and proficient in any of the major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
* 1+ years of hands-on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
* Technically hands-on and excited to drive initiatives end-to-end
* Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
* Has a growth mindset and takes proactive ownership
* Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
* Experience in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services is a plus
* Lives the 80/20 principle to maximize efficiency and results
