**Job Description**
We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Manager to join our Migrations Modernizations Team. As a critical partner to our customers, you'll leverage your experience with large-scale cloud transformations to guide them through their stages of AWS adoption. You'll interface with customer and arenaflex leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Your primary goal will be to help our customers achieve their business outcomes through cloud adoption, while ensuring a seamless and secure migration process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Establish a deep understanding of your customer's business vision, culture, and processes, and evangelize arenaflex services and influence customers to adopt the right solution at the right time.
* Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution, identifying and aligning on strategic opportunities, and implementing governance structures to effectively govern both our partnership with the customer and the customer's adoption of AWS.
* Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach, providing support to strategic cloud opportunities, and translating strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions.
* Manage cadence by leading the reporting and tracking functions along the way, executing education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions.
* Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms, and evangelize arenaflex services and influence customers for adopting them.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
* 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
* Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
* Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
* Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar.

* Strong technical background, with excellent problem-solving abilities and exemplary communication skills.
* Ability to think big, invent, and take ownership of customer challenges.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive salary, with a base pay ranging from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
