You'll be responsible for managing time-sensitive information and transactions, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) to enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently * Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships * Communicate effectively with associates from other shifts to ensure seamless service delivery * Complete daily logs and checklists to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance * Work with customers to resolve any transportation issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions * Identify cost savings opportunities for customers and implement strategies to drive efficiency and reduce costs * Participate in other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn **Qualifications** * At least 1 year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred, but a High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary * Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, are essential for success in this role * Ability to learn and regularly operate multiple company and customer-owned transportation systems and applications * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on flexibility and teamwork * Ability to work First, Second, and Third Shift as needed, with a willingness to travel as necessary * Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job **Physical Requirements** * The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
