**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
As an Inside Sales Consultant for Small and Large Containers, you will have the opportunity to work with new and existing Commercial and Industrial customers by selling customized products and services for their business, while delivering superior customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for responding to inbound calls within the inside sales environment from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Responds to inbound calls within the inside sales environment from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services.
* Builds customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling the customer’s needs with a high level of respect and professionalism.
* Creates customized solutions to acquire new business utilizing the sales tactics learned through training programs, sales model, and mentoring process.
* Proactively promotes arenaflex products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities by following the growth sales process from initiation to close.
* Provides sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts.
* Performs sales retention by using sales tactics learned through the training and mentoring process.
* Accountable for meeting or exceeding performance metrics identified by CRC and Customer Experience leadership around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue.
* Utilizes excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
* As business needs arise, may be required to assist the sales team focused on Residential customers.
* Exemplifies high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.
**Qualifications:**
* Self-starter and a strong work ethic.
* Strong research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills.
* Strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Spanish bilingual fluency, in a business environment.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment.

* START DATE: July 18th, 2025.
* SCHEDULE: You must be available to work any 40-hour work week between 7:30am-6:30pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
* TRAINING: Paid training. No time off allowed during these first three weeks or orientation day to ensure optimal development. Training hours are 8:15am-5:00pm Central (9:15am-6:00pm Eastern) starting on July 21st.
* PAY RATE: $22.50/hour.
* REMOTE WORK: Both training and the position will be work from home. The company provides equipment, and the employee supplies the internet, a hard-wired internet connection, and a distraction-free work environment.
* Minimum Internet Requirements: Ping/Latency 100ms or less; Download 25MBPS; Upload 5MBPS; Packet loss 0% (Cannot use: Mobil hot-spot, tethering, or Satellite ISP service).
* Remote Requirements: Employees are required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
* FIRST 90 DAYS: To ensure optimal development, only 2 PTO days can be requested off after training/nesting within the first 90 days.
