**Job Summary**
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support and sales expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and upselling our products and services. **Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
* Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets, as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year degree preferred
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM, order management, and customer service platforms
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a call center or retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
* Completion of internal training programs, such as the arenaflex Customer Service Ambassador Program
* Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including customer relationship management and sales techniques
