**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
* Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection
* A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
