We partner closely with our satisfaction operations team, as well as groups across the organization, to deliver high-impact products to our customers. **A Day in the Life:** As a customer support representative, you'll work closely with our delivery operations team and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize the highest-impact projects and adapt to changing business needs and unique opportunities in the satisfaction space.
