**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Social Media and Direct Channel Strategy, you'll be responsible for driving the daily administration and execution of direct channel campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective direct channel strategies, and providing expert-level support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders. You'll be a subject matter expert in the tools and data used by our DCS&A team, and will be responsible for leading partner meetings and collaborating with internal teams to drive campaign activations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the daily administration and execution of direct channel campaigns, including campaign setup, data analysis, and quality assurance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective direct channel strategies, including campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
* Provide expert-level support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on direct channel tools and data, including Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard
* Lead partner meetings and collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign activations, including data analysis, campaign setup, and quality assurance
* Perform QA of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and educating stakeholders on any issues
* Investigate and resolve issues to ensure campaign success
* Provide tutoring and support to junior colleagues on direct channel tools and data
* Foster extensive documentation in our group's tools and cycles to support onboarding and training
* Participate in and lead special projects beyond campaign activation
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of direct experience in SQL data analysis, including data selection, joining, and troubleshooting
* Experience interpreting technical details and data insights into compelling stories and campaign visions for non-technical marketing partners, driving decision-making through clear communication
* 5+ years of direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and campaign sending capabilities
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex data conditions, data set philosophy, structures, and querying
* Experience collaborating across organizational groups and showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills, including influence, negotiation, and critical thinking
* Experience working with large organizations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear independent direction
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to colleagues in a non-technical manner
* Ability to work independently, investigate, and identify efficiencies that can be applied across the team
* Initiative to tutor and support junior colleagues
* Vital attitude that enables applying relevant direct channel systems to all work
* Intense attention to detail with strong Client Acceptance Testing and quality assurance inclination
* Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard
* Experience building complex marketing streams using multiple direct channels
* Direct experience in Javascript, HTML, and CSS to conclude campaign sending of messages

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or computer science
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
