About the Job:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support for a wide range of products and services. You'll be responsible for:
- Handling complex call types, including service support, billing, retention, and repair
- Providing expert-level support for our products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues and offering operational improvements
- Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial set-up and configuration of AT&T provided software and applications
- Proactively engaging with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters
Work from Home Requirements:
As a Work from Home (WFH) employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Maintain a workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
While we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer support, we also prefer candidates with:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
- Familiarity with Windows computers
- An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance
