**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure seamless coordination of commodity and import shipments, including booking and coordination of the most cost-effective and efficient means of transportation.
* **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately and efficiently enter and manage data related to shipments, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
* **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Reporting and Analytics**: Assist in the preparation and distribution of logistics dashboards and metrics to support business decision-making.
* **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field**, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of success.
* **2+ years of experience in logistics**, with a strong understanding of sea and air cargo operations.
* **Proficiency in data entry software**, including experience with Scene, SQL, and Salesforce.
* **Knowledge of Incoterms and broad cargo shipping terms and standards**.
* **Ability to travel up to 10%** for meetings and training.
