Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our night shift team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Opening and closing the store, including all necessary tasks such as counting cash, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is prepared for the next day
- Processing item returns, voids, and client discounts, as well as handling cash drops and providing change to sales registers
- Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer information
- Assisting with stockroom and vendor ordering processes, including receiving and processing shipments
- Performing daily tasks, such as counting inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicating changes to colleagues
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous leadership, administrative, or retail key holder experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with store stock control and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
