**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient and drug information into our pharmacy systems, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter patient and drug information into our pharmacy systems
* Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions
* Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow
* Register all related transactions on assigned cash register, collect and handle coins as required
* Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and patients, and resolving issues and inquiries
* Model and share customer service best practices with team members
* Develop strong relationships with key customers
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and prescription data
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy operations and customer service
**Education & Personal Development**
* Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our unique training program and/or state required certification/registration
* Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by manager and acquire continuing education credits
* Maintain expertise and knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest developments and information
* Through completion of our pharmacy technician apprenticeship program, experience qualifies for 8 (8) college credit hours as recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE)
**Basic Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Desired math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Familiarity with computer systems and software
* Knowledge of store inventory management
* PTCB certification
