**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to process prescriptions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory
* Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, including verifying medication accuracy and checking for potential interactions
* Register all related transactions on assigned cash register, collect and handle coins as required
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and patients, and resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Assist with outside and inside maintenance, ensuring the pharmacy department is stocked with sufficient supplies, clean, neat, and orderly in appearance
* Comply with all company guidelines and policies, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Complete unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Previous experience in retail or healthcare environment preferred
* Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and software applications
* Knowledge of store inventory management preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
