* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web and cloud development, and apply this knowledge to improve arenaflex's products and services
* Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that applications meet quality and testing standards
* Participate in the development of technical documentation and provide training to other team members as needed
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud technologies
* Strong understanding of web and cloud technologies, including Java, Python, and JavaScript
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Strong understanding of security best practices and ability to implement secure coding practices
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Ansible
* Experience with cloud-based databases, such as Amazon DynamoDB or Google Cloud Firestore
* Strong understanding of web performance optimization and ability to implement best practices
